At Prestige Dental, we can send a claim as a courtesy to you to most PPO dental insurance companies listed below. Please note that we are OUT-OF-NETWORK with all insurance companies. We provide the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. We kindly expect payment due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. If you provide us with your insurance information at the time of scheduling your appointment, we will make every effort to have a breakdown of your benefits available when you arrive for your appointment.
If you would like an estimate of what your dental insurance plan may cover for a procedure we are planning, please let us know and we can send a pre-authorization request to your insurance company. The company will send a written estimate for your review, usually in a few weeks. We are more than happy to review this estimate with you.
